
My first job after college was an electrical design engineer in the automotive industry. I also worked as a quality engineer and quality manager in medical devices before returning to college mid-career to earn a Ph.D. in Technology Leadership and Innovation.

Elected twice to represent the voters of Indiana House District 30 but chose not to run for a third term. As a member of the House of Representatives I served on the House Education, Commerce, and Natural Resources Committees.
